Personality Disorder: people and pathology from rejection to recovery

The Self-Harming Client

The "Thames Valley Initiative" was set up in 2004 as the largest of eleven national pilot projects to deliver innovative, effective and user-friendly services for those diagnosable with "Personality Disorder"

 

It now provides these services as part of mainstream NHS provision in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.

 

It also provides training for staff from numerous agencies and disciplines, a pathway to recovery for service users, and is leading a national research effort.
