Jen has qualifications in teaching, training and management.

She has a vast experience of working in the voluntary sector.  

Her roles have included supporting vulnerable adults including those with

• mental health issues
• drug and alcohol problems
• housing needs
• chaotic life styles

Jen also has experience of supporting staff development via training and mentoring.
