This course is designed to help participants to recognise personal stress, to understand the causes, signs and symptoms of stress and to learn a series of coping strategies, both for the short term and long term.

  • Stress and performance
  • Stressful thinking – how to build emotional resilience
  • Personality and control
  • How our communication style influences stress
  • Lifestyle management, self-care and relaxation training
