Course Content

Where do we draw the line between our service users and ourselves?

Staff can sometimes find themselves uncomfortably torn between heart and head and in potentially damaging situations.  It is vital for all concerned that staff are able to establish clear boundaries and that they are also able to maintain these appropriately.

This course will give participants a chance to focus on the realities, identifying problem areas, devising strategies and practising skills to support them in their day to day work.
