Course Content

The focus of this two-day workshop is on managerial/organisational supervision. The aim is to increase understanding and awareness, and to equip supervisors and line managers with some of the basic tools that can be used in staff supervision.

This will be done by:

• providing a model of supervision
• practising some relevant skills
• exploring the process and content of supervision

The course will be participative and make use of participants’ own experiences.
