Course Content

This course is an opportunity to think about engaging with those people that are seen to be really tricky to work with and to elicit change and provide evidence of this in terms of outcomes and support planning.

We will look at what works and what doesn’t, and you will have the opportunity to think this through in the context of your current practice, taking away techniques, ideas and confirming what you already do well.
