Course Content

The aim of this two day workshop is to equip supervisors and managers with some of the basic tools that can be used in supervision with staff.

This will be done by:

• providing a model of supervision
• practising some intervention skills
• exploring the process and content of supervision

The course will be participative and make use of participants’ own experiences.
